I spent a happy afternoon foraging in our local nature reserve with a very knowledgeable guide.
The names escape me, but I managed to find a copy of ‘Food For Free’, which Jane (AKA The Hitchin Forager) recommended. Fascinating how much goodness and beauty there is in nature all around us.
