Look what you can achieve when you're nice!

I had a massive sign unceremoniously put up outside my house in October. It almost entirely covered the wall of my front garden. I complained to Waitrose and discovered that they had done everything correctly, including applying to the Council for permission. I had not a leg to stand on.

However, they were incredibly helpful and have now replaced the huge sign with a much smaller one and I am very happy.
