Enjoyed the premier last night of a Hitchin film, starring lots of Hitchin people, in locations that were easilt recognisable. A very pleasant evening with Louise Yexley and lots of friends and acquaintances.
For me, the absolute best moment was when an ex-boyfriend (some 25 years ago!) told me I was looking good. Admittedly, I had spent more than my usual three minutes in preparation, but it's always nice to have a compliment.
