I'm exhausted, but so content. It's great to be invited into people's workplaces and to ask them questions about doing their jobs. Even when going through great change, many of them are still fiercely loyal to their employer.
After going to two different sites today, I have pages and pages of notes that are going to need to be crafted into some cohesive whole.
